Tata Safari prices cut by up to Rs 1.80 lakh for limited period

The Tata Tiago and Tigor now start at Rs 5 lakh and Rs 6 lakh, respectively.

Tata Safari prices cut by up to Rs 1.80 lakh for limited period

Tata Motors has slashed the prices of its petrol, diesel, and CNG cars and SUVs by up to Rs 1.80 lakh owing to the upcoming festive season. Models such as Tiago, Tigor, Nexon, Altroz, Harrier, and Safari are seeing a price reduction, valid till October 31, 2024. 

As part of the festive season offers, the Safari gets the highest price cut of up to Rs 1.80 lakh, depending on the variant. The entry-level Smart variant is being sold at Rs 15.49 lakh (It was Rs 16.19 lakh earlier). Meanwhile, its 5-seater sibling, the Harrier, has seen a reduction of up to Rs 1.60 lakh, with prices now starting from Rs 14.99 lakh, compared to the previous Rs 15.49 lakh.

The Nexon has seen a price cut of up to Rs 80,000, while the entry point remains unchanged at Rs 8 lakh for the Smart (O) variant. The Altroz is now more affordable by up to Rs 45,000, with prices starting from Rs 6.5 lakh. 

The Tata Tiago and Tigor now start at Rs 5 lakh and Rs 6 lakh, respectively. Prices for the hatchback have been reduced by up to Rs 65,000, while the sedan’s prices are lower by up to Rs 30,000. Earlier this month, we reported Tata cars and SUVs were available with up to Rs 1.65 lakh discounts, but it is understood that it has been clubbed together with this price revision. 

Do note that the price reduction means that Tata Motors will not be offering any other discounts on its car this month or next month. However, the company is offering exchange benefits of up to Rs 45,000 additionally. The Punch is the only Tata ICE car to have not received any price revision for the festive period.
