SIAM Convenes Inaugural Automotive HR Youth Workshop to Address Evolving Skill Demand

The Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers organized the first edition of its Automotive HR Youth Workshop 2026 in New Delhi on Tuesday. Held under the aegis of the SIAM Human Capital Group, the day long event focused on the theme of driving youth skills for the next era of the Indian automotive workforce. The workshop brought together senior corporate executives, chief human resources officers, cross functional professionals, and academic representatives to deliberate on talent acquisition and retention strategies within the rapidly changing domestic mobility sector.

The conference schedule featured multiple specialized segments, including a knowledge session on future skills and industry best practices alongside a dedicated panel discussion on restructuring automotive careers for the younger demographic.
