JSW MG Motor India Wins Top Honors at FADA Dealership Excellence Awards for Second Year

JSW MG Motor India secured two top positions at the Federation of Automobile Dealers Associations (FADA) Leadership Excellence Awards 2025, marking the company's second consecutive year of recognition in the automotive industry's dealer satisfaction rankings.

The automaker won first place in both the Overall Dealer Satisfaction Study and the FADA Crème de la Crème Satisfaction Study 2025. The company scored 868 points in the Overall Dealer Satisfaction Index, surpassing the industry segment average of 771 points by 97 points.

FADA's Dealership Excellence Awards recognize performance, innovation, and practices across India's automotive retail sector. The awards evaluate how manufacturers support their dealer networks and deliver customer experiences through their retail partnerships.

"This achievement celebrates the trust of our dealer partners and the passion of our teams," said Vinay Raina, Chief Commercial Officer at JSW MG Motor India, commenting on the recognition.

JSW MG Motor India operates approximately 550 sales and aftersales locations across 222 cities in India. The company was established in 2023 as a joint venture between SAIC Motor, a Fortune 500 company with operations in over 100 countries, and JSW Group, an Indian conglomerate with business interests across multiple sectors.

The MG brand originated in the United Kingdom in 1924, initially known for sports cars and roadsters. The company now manufactures vehicles at a facility in Halol, Gujarat, with an annual production capacity exceeding 100,000 vehicles.

The brand has introduced several models in the Indian market, including electric and hybrid vehicles as part of its focus on connected, autonomous, shared, and electric mobility technologies.

The recognition comes as automotive manufacturers increasingly focus on dealer satisfaction as a metric for measuring retail network effectiveness and customer service delivery across India's expanding automobile market.
