Aravam Tech Solutions Pvt Ltd unveiled Triptronic, an employee transportation platform that integrates real-time tracking, advanced technology, and electric vehicle support. The platform is aimed at addressing the growing corporate demand for efficient and sustainable transportation solutions, Aravam Tech said.

The platform operates through three interconnected applications: an Employee App for booking and tracking rides, a Driver App for route management, and a Supervisor App enabling businesses to monitor employee travel and optimize transportation expenses.

Triptronic will begin operations across India immediately, with plans to expand into the UAE and Southeast Asia. The company aims to capitalize on India's underserved ride-hailing market, which currently has only 7% penetration compared to 40% in China and 28% in the United States.

Ankush Mendiratta, Founder of Triptronic, explained the company's strategic vision: "Businesses today want to reduce costs, keep employees safe, and adopt sustainable transport solutions. Triptronic helps them achieve this with a smart, tech-driven platform that makes operations smoother, cuts transportation costs, and lowers environmental impact."

The company's growth plans include raising $2 million to expand services and promote electric vehicle adoption. Triptronic aims to reach a valuation between $100-125 million within five years, aligning with projections for India's growing economy.

Co-founder Sorabh Kothari highlighted the market opportunity: "In the next two years, we aim to onboard 50+ corporate clients, with corporate services making up 80% of our revenue. With India's employee transport market valued at over $1 billion, we are set to capture a big share of this growing sector."

Beyond financial objectives, Triptronic emphasizes partner development. Co-founder Sahil Mendiratta detailed plans to help 20% of vendor partners own their vehicles through financing support by 2027, potentially increasing their earnings by 30-40% compared to traditional ride-hailing platforms.

Industry research supports Triptronic's market timing. According to Research and Markets, India's employee transportation service market is projected to grow at 8.2% annually, while Verified Market Reports forecasts the global employee transport management system market to triple from $1.2 billion in 2023 to $3.6 billion by 2030.

The company's future development aims to focus on integrating with public transportation networks, airport transit solutions, and corporate shuttle services. Triptronic claims these innovations could help businesses reduce transportation costs by 20-30% while creating more efficient urban mobility systems.
