Force Motors Launches Three-Year Complimentary Roadside Assistance Program

Force Motors Limited has rolled out a comprehensive Roadside Assistance (RSA) program, offering three years of complimentary support across its entire product portfolio including Traveller, Trax, Monobus, Urbania, and Gurkha vehicles.

The initiative represents a first in India's commercial vehicle segment, providing customers with 24x7 assistance through a toll-free helpline available in multiple languages throughout the year.

The program encompasses a range of services designed to minimize vehicle downtime. Customers receive free towing up to 100 kilometers to the nearest authorized workshop, on-site repair support for minor mechanical and electrical issues, and accident assistance including vehicle recovery coordination.

Additional benefits include tire changes, battery jump-starts, key-related assistance, and emergency coordination services such as message relay and workshop guidance. Convenience features extend to legal and medical referrals, hotel or taxi coordination, and vehicle custody support during extended delays.

"Our customers place their trust in Force vehicles every day, and it is our responsibility to stand firmly by that trust," said Prasan Firodia, Managing Director of Force Motors. "This initiative marks another milestone in our continued investment in enhancing the ownership experience and building long-term trust through dependable service."

The RSA coverage begins from the date of vehicle purchase and is supported by a nationwide partner network ensuring professional assistance across India. The program aims to strengthen Force Motors' focus on reliability, service accessibility, and reduced total cost of ownership for customers.

Force Motors, established in 1958, operates five manufacturing facilities across India and employs over 10,000 people. The company produces vehicles, engines, and components for domestic and international markets, with partnerships including Mercedes-Benz and BMW for engine manufacturing in India.
