Ahmedabad-based EV maker, Matter, made waves in the industry with its gearbox integrated Aera electric motorcycle. This gearbox serves not only as a speed regulator but also as a torque amplifier, promising acceleration capabilities that can propel the bike from 0 to 60 mph in just 5.1 seconds.

In a recent interview with Autocar Professional, Mohal Lalbhai, the Founder and CEO of Matter, provided insights into the company's pioneering approach to motorcycle design and manufacturing. Lalbhai underscored the company’s commitment to overseeing the entire design process, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and maintaining stringent standards of performance and reliability in every aspect of their motorcycles.

Furthermore, Lalbhai emphasised the significance of tailoring their products to specific market segments.
