Yuma Energy has launched Next Gen Battery and Intelligent DIY Swapping Units at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo’s Bharat Battery Show 2025.
The BaaS operator's Next Gen Battery is designed to be interoperable with various 2 and 3-wheeler OEM products, to empower OEMs to accelerate their go-to-market plans while enhancing the ownership experience for end-users.
The Next Gen Battery offers fast charging, AIS 156 and Global Safety Certifications, is IoT-Enabled for real-time analytics and asset tracking, and has IP67 Rating for dust and water resistance.
The intelligent DIY units have IoT and wi-fi connectivity, active thermal management system for operational efficiency and are BIS and CE Standards compliant. They also have IP54 Rating for outdoor usage, enabling rapid network expansion with minimal infrastructure.

To date, the company has completed over 20 million battery swaps and powered 800 green miles, as per the press release.
