Volkswagen India announces annual Monsoon Campaign car care services initiative

Volkswagen Passenger Cars India today has announced its annual ‘Monsoon Campaign’ car care service initiative for its customers across its 120 service touchpoints in India. The month-long campaign which began on July 1, 2023 will offer a comprehensive service for customers.

Under the Monsoon Campaign initiative, customers are eligible for a free 40-point check-up conducted by trained professionals. This inspection assesses the vehicle for any current or potential maintenance and repair requirements, aiming to prevent unexpected breakdowns. 

Ashish Gupta, Brand Director, Volkswagen Passenger Cars India said, “Through the Monsoon Campaign, we aim to reiterate the importance of pre-monsoon maintenance care that is needed to ensure customer and vehicle safety owing to the tough driving conditions that the season brings."

As part of the campaign, Volkswagen Brand provides loyalty products such as Extended Warranty, Service Value Package, and select Value-Added Services, ensuring a cost-effective ownership experience. Moreover, Volkswagen facilitates customer convenience by offering doorstep service through Volkswagen Assistance and Mobile Service Unit, covering 90 percent of the geographical area.
