VinFast, the global electric vehicle manufacturer, announced its collaboration with Global Assure to strengthen customer service operations across India. The partnership aims to deliver comprehensive customer support and mobility solutions as VinFast prepares to launch its premium electric SUVs in the Indian market.

Global Assure will oversee essential customer care services including a dedicated 24x7 call center, nationwide roadside assistance, mobile charging solutions, and on-demand mobile service operations. These services will be accessible through a toll-free number 1800-571-8888 and email address: vfcareindia@vinfastauto.in.

The collaboration supports VinFast's upcoming launch of its VF 7 and VF 6 electric SUVs in India. Pham Sanh Chau, VinFast Asia CEO, stated that the partnership underlines the brand's commitment to ensure prompt, dependable, and customer-focused support across the country. He emphasized that Global Assure's capabilities and nationwide reach align with VinFast's commitment to quality, convenience, and care.

Manish Vij, Co-founder and CEO of Global Assure, expressed enthusiasm about serving as VinFast's trusted partner for customer support in India. He highlighted Global Assure's extensive expertise in understanding Indian customer needs and pan-India presence as key factors for delivering efficient response times and high-quality service.

The service portfolio encompasses four primary areas of support. The 24/7 customer support feature includes a dedicated call center staffed with trained professionals to address customer queries and provide immediate assistance. Nationwide roadside assistance offers emergency support services across India, ensuring customers receive help regardless of location.

Mobile charging solutions provide on-demand charging services for convenient power access wherever customers require it. Mobile service operations deploy a dedicated fleet of emergency support vehicles equipped to provide prompt on-site assistance during unexpected breakdowns for basic repair needs.

VinFast operates as a subsidiary of Vingroup JSC, one of Vietnam's largest conglomerates, and trades on NASDAQ under the symbol VFS.
