TVS Vehicle Mobility Solutions Enters Electric Trucking with Montra Electric Fleet

TVS Vehicle Mobility Solutions (TVS VMS) has entered the electric trucking sector by deploying a fleet of Montra Electric's Rhino heavy commercial vehicles for its freight operations.

The deployment began with the flag-off of 57 Montra Electric Rhino 5538 EV 4x2 TT electric heavy commercial trucks at Manesar. TVS VMS will operate the fleet for commercial freight along a 190 km lead route in Chhattisgarh, supported by three dedicated charging stations. The companies target deploying more than 300 electric trucks during FY 2026–27.
