TVS ILP Leases Visakhapatnam Warehousing Facility to ATC Tires

ATC Tires has leased an 80,000 square foot warehouse space from Industrial developer TVS Industrial & Logistics Parks (TVS ILP) at its Visakhapatnam facility, the company announced on Wednesday. The tire maker said the facility will function as a central mother hub supporting its domestic distribution and export operations.

The 80,000 square foot warehouse will handle the storage and distribution of Yokohama passenger car tyres, alongside its Alliance, Galaxy, and Primex brands of off-highway tyres. The facility is located to provide access to regional manufacturing belts and maritime export infrastructure through Visakhapatnam's port connections.

Ramnath Subramaniam, Joint Managing Director at TVS ILP, said, "We are delighted to support ATC Tires and the Yokohama Group as they strengthen their presence in South India with an 80,000 sq. ft. mother hub warehouse at our Visakhapatnam park. This partnership reflects how our tech-enabled, well-connected infrastructure supports customers' evolving operational and supply-chain requirements."
