TVS Holdings appoints Sudarshan Venu as MD

TVS Holdings has appointed Sudarshan Venu as MD of the company for a period of five years, effective 11 September 2023.

The auto parts company formerly known as Sundaram Clayton, has also appointed Timm Tiller as a non-executive independent director, for the same time duration as Sudarshan Venu, effective 11 September 2023.

Sasikala Varadachari has been appointed as an independent director of the company for a second term of three years, effective from October 24, 2023.

Further, TVS Motor Company, a part of TVS Group, reappointed K.N. Radhakrishnan as Director & CEO for a further period of five years with effect from October 23, 2023.
