Sheerdrive acquires OTOBids, an online pricing platform for used CVs

Sheerdrive, a Mumbai-based Digital AI/ ML pre-owned vehicle platform with a
SaaS-based offering that provides a fair and transparent AI/ ML application for evaluating multi-brand used cars, has acquired OTOBids, an online evaluation and pricing platform for used commercial vehicles.

 The addition of OTOBids extends its reach to encompass Commercial Vehicles and Tractors, culminating in Sheerdrive's platform becoming an all-encompassing solution for used vehicles across key segments.

Ravi Mehra, Founder, Sheerdrive said, "The incorporation of OTOBid’s evaluation tool for Commercial vehicles and tractors enhances our product suite, transforming Sheerdrive’s VIAR app into a comprehensive evaluation tool for key vehicle and brand segments within the Used Vehicles Market, underscoring our commitment to providing an all-encompassing solution for both new and used vehicle dealers."

Vishwanathan Raju, the founder of OTOBids will join the Sheerdrive team as Director with this acquisition. His expertise will play a pivotal role in seamlessly integrating the OTOBids application with the Sheerdrive program, ensuring perfect collaboration and further enhancing the overall functionality of the Sheerdrive platform.
