SANY India Launches SY35U PRO Excavator Ahead of Independence Day

SANY India has launched the SY35U PRO, a 3.5-ton hydraulic excavator, as part of its product expansion in the compact equipment segment. The launch coincides with India’s 78th Independence Day and underscores the company’s focus on supporting national infrastructure development through locally manufactured machinery.

The SY35U PRO is engineered for performance and durability in diverse operating conditions, targeting urban construction, rural development, municipal projects, and utility works. Manufactured at SANY’s production facility in Pune, the machine is designed to meet the demands of India’s evolving construction sector.

Equipped with a fuel-efficient engine and an advanced load-sensing hydraulic system, the SY35U PRO is intended to deliver responsive operation in confined and challenging work environments. The model features class-leading fuel efficiency, a 5,000-hour hydraulic service interval, and ground-level filter access to simplify maintenance and improve uptime.

Operator comfort is addressed through a spacious cabin with low noise levels, an optional high-capacity air conditioning system, an adjustable suspension seat, and an integrated USB-enabled audio system. Controls are positioned ergonomically to enhance usability during extended shifts.

Safety and operational efficiency are supported by features such as a boom-mounted LED work lamp and a battery disconnect switch. The excavator is available in two variants—Canopy and AC cabin—and will be distributed across India through SANY’s established dealer network.
