Gulf Oil, Mahindra Tractors Renew Multi-Year Partnership
Gulf Oil to continue to supply lubricants to Mahindra’s tractor division and hold the largest share of business for the duration of the agreement.
Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited (GOLIL) and Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (Farm Equipment Business – Mahindra Tractors Division) have renewed their partnership through a strategic multi-year agreement, extending a collaboration that began over a decade ago.
Under the renewed arrangement, Gulf Oil will continue to supply lubricants to Mahindra’s tractor division and will hold the largest share of business for the duration of the agreement. The companies said the extension reflects their shared focus on technology development, supply chain coordination and customer support across Mahindra’s tractor network.
The partnership began in 2011 with a co-branded initiative alongside Mahindra Automotive and was expanded to the tractors division in 2014. Over the past 12 years, the companies have worked together on product supply, distribution alignment and joint marketing initiatives. They have also invested in digital systems and supply chain processes to support operations.
The agreement was formalised in Mumbai by R. Veeraraghavan, Senior Vice President – SSU, Mahindra – Farm Tractor Division, and Ravi Chawla, Managing Director and CEO, Gulf Oil Lubricants India Limited.
Ravi Chawla said the renewal builds on a long-standing relationship and will focus on continued product development and service support for dealers and customers.

The company manufactures and markets AdBlue products and has a presence in the two-wheeler battery replacement segment. Its manufacturing and R&D facilities in India are located in Silvassa and Ennore, Chennai.
