Electric commercial vehicle manufacturer Euler Motors unveils a 5 lakh sq. ft. plant in Palwal, Haryana. It will serve as Euler Motors' national manufacturing hub, supporting the company's expansion plans from 26 to 40 cities by FY25.

Euler Motors manufacturing plant in Palwal, Haryana

Euler Motors has unveiled a new commercial EV manufacturing and R&D facility in Palwal, Haryana. The 5 lakh sq. ft. plant, built with a Rs 100 crore investment, has an annual production capacity of 36,000 vehicles.

The facility features an automated assembly line connected via a proprietary manufacturing execution system. It includes advanced testing capabilities such as dyno-testing, shower testing, and a full-length testing track. The plant also houses R&D labs and collaborates with engineering experts.

Saurav Kumar, Founder & CEO of Euler Motors, stated that the facility exemplifies the Make in India initiative and brings technological advancements to commercial EV manufacturing. He noted that the location was chosen due to the strong supplier network in the vicinity. 

The facility currently employs over 500 people, including 20% women, and includes a learning and development center.

The plant incorporates various automation initiatives, including an EMS Hanger system and a Trailing Arm Fitment Assist. It also features advanced waste management systems and a circular groundwater recharge system, demonstrating a commitment to environmental sustainability.
