Delhi NCR EV Startup Trevel Closes $1 Million Funding Round

Trevel, a Gurugram-based electric vehicle mobility platform operated by Inwisement Technologies Pvt Ltd, has raised $1 million in a funding round co-led by India Accelerator, Finvolve, the Haldiram Family Office, and serial entrepreneur Rohit Qamra.

The round also drew participation from RMRN Ventures, BP Jain Holdings, and a number of angel investors, family offices, and founders, including Bipin Preet Singh of MobiKwik and Aditya Singh, Co-Founder and Partner at All In Capital. The company intends to deploy the capital toward fleet expansion, technology development, marketing, and operational strengthening.

Founded in September 2025, Trevel was built to address persistent pain points in urban mobility — including ride cancellations, inconsistent service, and unreliable customer experiences. The company has since expanded from an initial four vehicles to a fleet of more than 50 premium electric vehicles operating across Delhi NCR, completing over 5,000 rides with a reported repeat-user rate exceeding 70 percent.

The company currently operates MG Windsor EV, MG ZS EV, Kia Carens Clavis EV, and BYD e6 vehicles, with BMW iX1 additions announced as forthcoming. Trevel has signed strategic memoranda of understanding with MG Motor India and Kia India to support its longer-term growth plans. The platform offers airport transfers, city rides, and hourly rentals.

Trevel recently launched Trevel 2.0, an upgrade to its core technology platform which the company describes as its first step toward enterprise-grade mobility infrastructure. Looking ahead, the company targets adding approximately 25 vehicles per month, aiming to reach a 500-vehicle fleet by March 2027.

The company is led by Mishu Ahluwalia as Chief Executive Officer, Rishi Raj Kochhar as Chief Operating Officer, and Sahil Jindal as Chief Growth Officer.

Trevel is a premium EV mobility platform offering airport transfers, city rides, and hourly rentals across Delhi NCR. The company focuses on reliability, safety, professional chauffeurs, and premium customer experience.
