Delhi HC stays alleged cheating case against Hero MotoCorp’s Pawan Munjal

The Delhi Police has registered an FIR against Pawan Munjal on the allegation that he availed tax credits on fake bills generated by Hero MotoCorp.

Delhi HC stays alleged cheating case against Hero MotoCorp’s Pawan Munjal

The Delhi High Court has stayed the cheating case proceedings against Pawan Munjal, MD & CEO, Hero MotoCorp, as per media reports.

The Delhi Police has registered an FIR against Pawan Munjal on the allegation that he availed tax credits on fake bills generated by Hero MotoCorp. The report is said to have been filed on October 5.

Hero MotoCorp issued a statement saying that the news is related to an old matter pertaining to the year 2009-10 with a disgruntled service provider, Brains Logistics (Promoter – Roop Darshan Pandey).

The Delhi High Court is set to hear the case on December 6, 2023.
