Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Limited Announces Resignation of Senior Manager

Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Limited (ASAL) has announced the resignation of Mr. Srinivasa Rao Tulasi, who served as Head M.E and Project (General Manager) and was designated as Senior Managerial Personnel. According to a regulatory filing dated today, Tulasi resigned to "explore new opportunities outside the Company."
The company, in its communication to the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd., stated that Tulasi submitted his resignation on January 21, 2025. He was officially relieved of his duties effective April 21, 2025, after the close of business hours. The original release date was planned for April 20, but was postponed as it fell on a weekly off day.
ASAL clarified that there was "no other material reason for the resignation" beyond Tulasi's desire to pursue other professional opportunities. The announcement was made in compliance with Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The regulatory filing included a copy of Tulasi's resignation letter, dated January 21, 2025, in which he expressed well wishes for the company's "bright future and growth" and thanked the organization for its "support and cooperation." The letter was accepted by ASAL's CEO, Suhas Dode.
Automotive Stampings and Assemblies Limited, a Tata Enterprise company with CIN L28932PN1990PLC016314, operates facilities across multiple locations in India including Pune, Uttarakhand, Sanand, and Jamshedpur. The company specializes in automotive stampings and assemblies for the vehicle manufacturing sector.
ASAL shares are listed on both the BSE (scrip code: 520119) and NSE (scrip code: ASAL) exchanges. The regulatory filing was signed by Saurabh Erande, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
