Apollo Tyres held its Sustainable Procurement Summit and Awards 2025, bringing together suppliers from multiple regions to discuss sustainability priorities, highlight industry trends, and recognise partners for their contributions to responsible, transparent and environmentally focused supply chain practices.

Apollo Tyres Organises Sustainable Procurement Summit and Awards 2025

Apollo Tyres hosted the Sustainable Procurement Summit and Awards 2025 bringing together more than 800 supplier representatives from over 20 countries across five continents. The event functioned as a platform for discussions on building a responsible, circular and climate-focused value chain. 

The summit began with insights from company leadership outlining the Sustainability Roadmap 2030. Speakers explained Apollo Tyres’ long-term approach to integrating sustainability within business operations and clarified expectations from supply chain partners as the company works toward its 2030 objectives. 

A panel discussion followed, examining how regulatory developments and shifting customer expectations are influencing corporate sustainability strategies. Panellists discussed policy changes, transparency requirements and opportunities for collaboration across global supply chains. 

Apollo Tyres also presented awards to suppliers for contributions in environmental stewardship, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable procurement. The recognised partners included Birla Carbon, Cabot, EQ Rubber, Hyosung, Milliken, OCCL, Performance Additives, Solvay, Synthos, Teck Bee Hang and Xingda. 

Sunam Sarkar, President and Chief Business Officer of Apollo Tyres Ltd, said the summit reflects the company’s view that collaboration and transparency are important for strengthening a responsible value chain. He acknowledged the efforts of partners working to advance sustainability. 

Apollo Tyres stated that it will continue engaging with suppliers to support ongoing progress in sustainability-focused supply chain practices.
