14th Clean Energy Ministerial to be held in Goa from July 19-22
The meeting will cover various subjects including battery storage, sustainable cooling, access to energy, low-carbon hydrogen, biofuels, industry decarbonisation, and more.
The 14th Clean Energy Ministerial will be held in Goa from July 19-22, 2023, jointly with the 8th Mission Innovation Meeting. This year’s host is India, whose Ministry of Power and Ministry of Science and Technology will welcome the meeting in the state of Goa.
This year’s ministerial will occur alongside the G20, and will witness the launch of new efforts to supercharge the clean energy transition, including the CEM Marine Hubs initiative and the Hydrogen Trade Forum. The CEM14 will bring together the key players of those sectors to strengthen collaboration and to better coordinate practical actions for the future of clean energy.
The meeting will also discuss topics such as battery storage, sustainable cooling, access to energy, low-carbon hydrogen, biofuels, industry decarbonisation and much more. Numerous reports and policy briefs will be published and presented during side events.
