Pune-based Varroc has chosen Bayer MaterialScience’ Bayfit molded foam polyurethane systems to supply materials for motorcycle seats because these help increase processing efficiency.
“Quality, functionality and efficiency are major drivers in the supply industry for motorcycle and automotive parts. Bayfit polyurethane molded foam systems offer these advantages in combination with a wide processing latitude and density range. This gives us high flexibility and allows us to serve the motorcycle and automotive industry with high performance and highly efficient seating solutions,” said managing director, Varroc, Tarang Jain.
Bayfit molded foam systems allow for the realization of various designs together with highest functionality, maximum comfort and best quality. The integration of inserts and surface materials also for complex designs can be realized without problems, while at the same time cutting, gluing and waste are minimized.
“Bayfit polyurethane systems stand for tailor-made solutions for the efficient production of complex molded foam parts, whenever high resilient, memory foam or flame retardant properties are needed. In particular for seating, Bayfit offers high comfort in combination with a high production efficiency – key decisive factors for motorcycle and automotive industry,” added Bayer MaterialScience’s regional marketing director for BaySystems Molded Parts & Elastomers, Thomas Braig.
Bayer MaterialScience has a fully operational laboratory in Noida to support customers in India in several application requirements and the lab is capable of handling testing of end applications and fine tuning of polyurethane systems to OEM requirements. “BaySystems can only be successful together with our customers.
