Toyota Kirloskar Motor India opens new 3S facility in Dhanbad

Toyota Kirloskar Motor India today expanded its footprint further in the state of Jharkhand with the inauguration of its 364th touch point in India. The newly unveiled Dhanbad Toyota is a 3S (Sales, Service and Spares) facility and is the 5th touchpoint in Jharkhand.

N Raja, deputy managing director – Toyota Kirloskar Motor along with Rituraj Sinha, dealer principal – Dhanbad Toyota, inaugurated the sprawling new touch point spread across 46,000 sq. ft. catering to the customers from the eastern part of Jharkhand. Dhanbad Toyota is driven by the philosophy of ‘Customer First’, and Toyota is said to be geared up to ensure the most enjoyable and hassle-free car buying and owning experience for every customer associating with the brand.

In addition to showcasing the entire range of Toyota products in India, the new dealership is claimed to be fully stocked to facilitate distinctive offers to customers in car servicing like ‘Express Maintenance’, ‘Body & Paint Repair’ and other value-added services. The dealer manpower is trained through ‘Toyota Global Training Service’ system and is equipped to deliver advanced car servicing with hi-tech tools and equipment.
