MG Motor India has announced retail sales of 4,079 units in November 2022. This marks a 64% year-on-year growth (November 2021: 2,481 units).
With last month’s sales, the company has logged cumulative sales of 44,164 units in the January-November 2022 period, up 17% (January-November 2021: 37,723 units). MG Motor India recently received a boost when it was ranked No. 1 in the J.D. Power-NielsenIQ 2022 India Customer Service Index Study and Sales Satisfaction Index Study for the second consecutive year in a row.
MG Motor India currently retails the Astor, Gloster, Hector, Hector Plus and the ZS EV, which are produced at its manufacturing facility in Halol, Gujarat.
MG India’s upcoming plans
The automaker is currently gearing up to launch the Hector facelift in India by next month. Additionally, MG will also be launching the Air compact city car, which will be its second electric car in the market, after the ZS EV.
