Maruti Suzuki rolls out ‘Beat The Heat’ campaign

Maruti Suzuki rolls out ‘Beat The Heat’ campaign

May 27, 2013: Maruti Suzuki India’s first of its kind ‘Beat The Heat’ campaign held at 3,000 of its service workshops across India held on May 25 and 26 saw a Maruti car owners make a beeline for checking their cars. The campaign encompassed a range of services including free check of air-conditioners, free top wash, TrueValue evaluation and exchange.



A trained Maruti Suzuki service team was on hand to check the air- conditioning system and also suggest remedial measures, as required, to achieve an optimum performance and comfort level.

Mayank Pareek, Maruti Suzuki’s chief operating officer (Marketing and Sales) said, “At this time, with summer at its peak, customers obviously want air-conditioning in their cars to deliver top performance. We want to address this for as many customers as we can, as soon as possible. We are therefore using the entire national service network of Maruti Suzuki to service customers over a single weekend. It is also our way to sensitise customers about regular maintenance at the Maruti Suzuki network, for a comfortable and satisfying use of our cars.”

He added that in the last 3 decades, customers have highly valued the cost of ownership, service and maintenance of the company’s range of cars. “We will continue with our resolve to bring the best value to our customers in terms of the total ownership experience.”

Maruti Suzuki has a large customer service network spanning over 3,000 service workshops in 1,400 cities across India. Over 80,000 service engineers and technicians of the company’s service network attend 13 lakh vehicles every month and suggest remedial measures as required.
