Honda Cars India introduces Brio ‘Exclusive’ edition
New Delhi, October 1, 2013: In a bid to give a fillip to sales in the festive season, Honda Cars India Ltd (HCIL) has introduced a limited ‘Exclusive’ edition of its Brio hatchback.
New Delhi, October 1, 2013: In a bid to give a fillip to sales in the festive season, Honda Cars India Ltd (HCIL) has introduced a limited ‘Exclusive’ edition of its Brio hatchback. Bearing a special sticker price of Rs 492,000 (ex-showroom, New Delhi), the car gets black interiors, matching instrument panel, interior trim and roof lining. There is also a new tailgate spoiler along with a host of accessories including door visor, exhaust pipe finisher, back-up sensor and illuminated side-step garnish. The new Brio edition will come in three colours: taffeta white, alabaster silver and rally red. The launch marks the second anniversary of the Brio in the Indian market.
Announcing the festival edition model, Jnaneswar Sen, senior vice-president (Marketing & Sales), said: “We are delighted to introduce the new exclusive edition of Brio with black interiors. We are confident that this new sporty and youthful look of the Briowill appeal to our customers.”
Since its launch two years ago, the Brio has cumulatively sold 54,095 units.
HCIL has in the first five months of 2013-14 sold 49,263 cars, recording a growth of 62.94 percent, thanks to burgeoning demand for the Amaze saloon.
