Altem Technology wins award at Stratasys APJ Partner Meet 2019 in Thailand

Bangalore-based Altem Technologies, a leading PLM and additive manufacturing company in India, has won the Top Customer Advocacy Business – 2018 Partner Award at the recently concluded Stratasys APJ Annual Partner Meet 2019 in Bangkok, Thailand. The customer advocacy functionality encompasses aftersales support in terms of consumable fulfilment, service support and application training.

Commenting on the award, Rajesh Mumbaraddi, director, Altem Technologies, said: “It is a proud moment for us to be recognised for customer support and more so when we are awarded the best among more than 50 Stratasys partners across Asia-Pacific. Good customer service is a lifeblood of any business and is the intangible that sets you and your company apart from others.”

The automotive industry, like other industries, faces challenges in the form of developing lighter components, using newer materials and meeting ever-increasing compliances, all this at speed while adhering to the committed timelines.

Altem Technologies says it aims to address these issues with its wide spectrum of products suite ranging from PLM software solutions which includes Dassault and simulation software suite from MSC Software, hand-held industrial 3D scanners from Artec3D and 3D printers from Stratasys Ltd.

Founded eight years ago, the company operates with offices in seven major cities across India and in Singapore. It currently caters to over 350 customers from leading Indian and global companies across diverse segments such as automobile, architecture, aerospace, defense, medical, consumer durables, electronics and academy in India for rapid prototyping and PLM solutions.
