Chinese brand Baojun has taken the covers off its new crossover aimed at strengthening the brand’s position in the expanding Chinese SUV market.
The Baojun RS-5, produced by General Motors’ SAIC-GM-Wuling joint venture, is an all-new, stylish SUV that debuted last week in China, the world's largest automobile market. As the fourth SUV in Baojun’s line-up, it is expected play a key role in strengthening the brand’s position in the expanding Chinese SUV market.
Its introduction also represents the use of a new alpha-numeric naming strategy for Baojun products. More information on the Baojun RS-5 will be available closer to its launch date.
