ZF India HR Head resigns amid leadership transition
Before his tenure at ZF, he served as the head of HR at Saint-Gobain Sekurit (India).
Joseph Panakkal, Head of Human Resources at ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems India Limited, has resigned from his position. The company confirmed the resignation and announced in a regulatory filing that Panakkal would be officially relieved of his duties on November 29, 2024.
Panakkal joined ZF in June 2018, bringing extensive experience in human resource management. Before his tenure at ZF, he served as the head of HR at Saint-Gobain Sekurit (India). He also worked at M&M from September 2011 to December 2013, where he oversaw human resources at the company’s Nashik plant, one of the largest facilities in M&M’s automotive division.
Panakkal's experience extends beyond the automotive and manufacturing sectors. Between 2008 and 2011, he held a senior HR role at Aircel Ltd, a key player in the telecom sector at the time. His earlier career also included roles in sales and marketing HR at Saint-Gobain Glass and with tyre manufacturer MRF.
