Schwing Stetter India Unveils New Equipment at Excon 2025
The company introduced over 20 products including the country's first 56-meter boom pump engineered domestically, alongside electric and hybrid machinery focused on sustainable infrastructure development.
Schwing Stetter India unveiled more than 20 new construction equipment products at Excon 2025, featuring several firsts for the Indian market. The launches included India's first domestically engineered 56-meter boom pump, the country's first fully electric truck mixer, first CNG mixer variant, and first hybrid boom pump.
The company, a subsidiary of German manufacturer Schwing GmbH, presented the innovations across a 7,500 square meter exhibition space. The showcase addressed growing infrastructure demands through advanced engineering and clean energy solutions.
"We are answering not only India's call for Vikshit Bharat and Atmanirbhar infrastructure development, but a global call for taller, faster, and greener infrastructure," said V.G. Sakthikumar, Chairman and Managing Director of Schwing Stetter India.
The exhibition featured approximately 30 machines, including the S56SXF boom pump for long-reach applications, the S36X hybrid 36-meter boom pump with dual diesel-electric operation, and a compact 31-meter boom pump designed for urban environments. The company also displayed CNG and electric truck mixers, concrete recycling plants, and mobile batching equipment.
A dedicated "Schwing Innovation Booth" served as an interactive demonstration space, featuring zones such as the Future Power Zone and Hands-On Command Center where visitors could engage with virtual simulators and control systems.
In addition to the machinery launches, Schwing Stetter India introduced precast technology in collaboration with MAXtruder GmbH, along with new crusher solutions for aggregate production and construction waste recycling.
The company emphasized that the innovations target key industry challenges including project delays, material handling inefficiencies, and sustainability concerns, particularly as urbanization drives demand for vertical construction and resource-efficient building practices.
Schwing Stetter India, which began manufacturing operations in 1999, produces concrete batching plants, pumps, mixers, and recycling equipment. The parent company operates manufacturing units in 12 countries with sales presence in over 150 countries worldwide.
