Maruti Suzuki Inaugurates 5,000th ARENA Service Touchpoint in Coimbatore

The company hits 5,000 ARENA service touchpoints with new Coimbatore facility, expanding its nationwide network to over 5,640 centers capable of servicing 30 million vehicles annually.

Maruti Suzuki Inaugurates 5,000th ARENA Service Touchpoint in Coimbatore

Maruti Suzuki India Limited announced the inauguration of its 5,000th ARENA Service touchpoint in Coimbatore on October 8, 2025, marking a significant expansion of the company's service infrastructure across the country.

The facility was inaugurated by Ram Suresh Akella, Executive Officer of Service, and Takahiro Shiraishi, Executive Vice President of Service.

The newly established service center spans 3,200 square meters and features four service bays and four body repair bays. The workshop is equipped with advanced tools and equipment to provide comprehensive vehicle maintenance and repair services.

With this addition, Maruti Suzuki's total service network now comprises over 5,640 service touchpoints spread across 2,818 cities in India.

The network includes various formats such as ARENA and NEXA workshops, Maruti Suzuki Sales and Service Points, rural workshops, Service-on-Wheels facilities, and authorized service stations.

Tamil Nadu has emerged as a significant region for the company's service expansion, with over 400 authorized Maruti Suzuki service touchpoints currently operational in the state, reinforcing the brand's focus on accessibility and customer satisfaction.

During the financial year 2024-25, Maruti Suzuki serviced over 27 million vehicles, the highest number in a single financial year for the company. In the first half of the current fiscal year (April-September 2025), the network has already serviced over 14 million vehicles. The company's overall service network is capable of servicing more than 30 million customer vehicles annually.

According to Maruti Suzuki's expansion plans, the company opened 460 service touchpoints under its ARENA and NEXA channels during FY 2024-25. The company has announced plans to add an additional 500 service workshops to its network in FY 2025-26.

Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director and CEO of Maruti Suzuki India Limited, stated that the company prioritizes providing customers with easy access to trusted service facilities, emphasizing factors such as proximity, affordability, genuine parts, and quick issue resolution.

He attributed the success of the service network expansion to the continued support of dealer partners and outlined the company's commitment to further network expansion in the future.
