Kia India has launched a nationwide Ownership Service Camp aimed at enhancing aftersales support and customer engagement. The initiative will run until July 1, 2025, and will be held across 445 authorized service workshops in 329 cities.
As part of the service camp, Kia is offering a complimentary 36-point vehicle health check that includes inspections of the exterior, interior, engine compartment, underbody, and on-road performance. The company is also providing a 20% discount on car care services, up to 10% off on extended warranty packages, a 10% discount on retail Roadside Assistance (RSA) plans, and 10% off on labour, parts, and Kia Genuine Accessories.
An additional 3+2 years Roadside Assistance package is being offered to both customers who provide referrals and the referees themselves. There are also exchange bonus schemes and a special Syros Accessories package available during the camp.
Joonsu Cho, Chief Sales Officer of Kia India, stated that the initiative is part of Kia’s broader efforts to support customers throughout their ownership experience.
The service camp also includes sessions on vehicle technologies, responsible driving practices, and basic maintenance tips. Customers can additionally benefit from free used car valuation services and vehicle exchange offers.
Kia began operations in India in 2017 with a manufacturing facility in Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh, and commenced mass production in 2019. The company currently has eight models in its Indian portfolio and a network of 744 touchpoints across 329 cities.
