ASK Automotive Appoints Prashant Kumar Gupta as President & Chief Marketing Officer

ASK Automotive Limited, a leading manufacturer of braking systems and other automotive components, has announced the appointment of Prashant Kumar Gupta as the company’s new President and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), effective May 7, 2025.

The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Gupta’s appointment marks a strategic addition to the senior management team of ASK Automotive, which is listed on both the BSE and NSE under the scrip code 544022 and symbol ASKAUTOLTD, respectively.

Gupta brings with him over three decades of experience in marketing and business development. A mechanical engineering graduate from Pune University, he also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Over his 33-year career, he has held leadership roles at reputed firms including Sundaram Clayton Limited of the TVS Group and Rockman Industries Limited.

While his new role does not have a defined term, Gupta joins ASK Automotive in a full-time capacity and will be instrumental in driving the company’s marketing and growth strategies.
