Komaki Electric Launches XR1 Series Electric Moped at INR 29,999

Komaki Electric launched its XR1 series electric moped today at an ex-showroom price of INR 29,999, introducing regenerative kinetic energy technology that enables continued operation after primary battery depletion.

The XR1 series addresses range anxiety concerns through its regenerative energy system, which allows the vehicle to continue functioning even when the main battery charge is exhausted. This technology ensures ride completion beyond primary battery capacity, targeting urban commuters seeking reliable electric mobility solutions.

The electric moped offers a range of 70 to 80 kilometers on a single charge and incorporates zero-emission technology. The vehicle features shock-absorbing suspension, high-grip tires, ergonomic dual seating, and a front storage basket for carrying everyday items.

Design specifications include a sleek frame with modern finishing, engineered for urban commuting requirements. The model combines practical functionality with safety features across various terrain conditions.

Gunjan Malhotra, Co-founder of Komaki Electric Vehicles, said, "At Komaki, we are continuously committed to providing eco-friendly mobility while ensuring convenience for the customers. In this pursuit, the XR1 range is a breakthrough innovation that takes our offering to the next level by guaranteeing a complete ride even after the battery has drained out. It has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of urban commuters, making the ride comfortable, durable, and reliable for them."

The XR1 series targets consumers seeking affordable electric transportation with extended operational capability. The regenerative technology represents a technological advancement in the electric vehicle segment, particularly for two-wheeler applications.

The vehicle is available through authorized Komaki dealerships nationwide and online at shop.komaki.in. The launch positions Komaki Electric in the competitive electric moped market segment with pricing aimed at mass market adoption.

Technical features include robust construction designed for daily commuting, with emphasis on stability and passenger comfort. The front basket provides practical storage solutions for urban users carrying groceries and personal items during transit.
