Antonio Filosa Unveils New Stellantis Leadership Team on First Day as CEO
The appointments draw from existing Stellantis executives across the company's global operations.
Antonio Filosa has assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer of Stellantis N.V. and announced a new leadership team structure, effective immediately.
Filosa retains his previous role as head of North America and American Brands alongside his CEO responsibilities. The leadership restructuring builds on organizational changes announced by the company in February 2025.
"It is my great privilege to take the lead of Stellantis, a global company with deep regional roots," Filosa said. "We have unique strengths in our great people, our iconic brands and our millions of customers."
New Leadership Structure
The Stellantis Leadership Team (SLT) includes 13 members:
Regional Leadership:
-
Antonio Filosa: CEO and head of North America and American Brands
- Jean-Philippe Imparato: Head of Enlarged Europe & European Brands, now including Maserati
- Emanuele Cappellano: Head of South America and Stellantis Pro One commercial vehicles unit
- Philippe de Rovira: Head of Rest of World and Stellantis Financial Services
Functional Leadership
- Doug Ostermann: CFO with added responsibility for mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures
- Davide Mele: Head of Product Planning

- Clara Ingen-Housz: Head of Corporate Affairs & Communications
Additional Direct Reports
Four executives will report directly to the CEO outside the main leadership team:
- Ralph Gilles: Head of Design
- Olivier Francois: Head of Marketing
- Alison Jones: Head of Parts & Services and Circular Economy
- Giorgio Fossati: General Counsel
Richard Palmer will continue as a strategic advisor to the company.
Executive Changes
The announcement follows the departure of Maxime Picat and Béatrice Foucher from the company. Filosa thanked both executives for their contributions during their tenure at Stellantis.
The new structure places product decision-making closer to regional operations, according to the company. Thiele's appointment to the newly created Supply Chain role consolidates activities previously located in Planning and Manufacturing divisions.
Stellantis N.V. operates as a global automaker with brands including Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Chrysler, Citroën, Dodge, DS Automobiles, FIAT, Jeep, Lancia, Maserati, Opel, Peugeot, Ram, and Vauxhall. The company also operates Free2move and Leasys mobility services.
Cappellano's expanded role includes oversight of Stellantis Pro One, the company's commercial vehicles business unit, in addition to his South America regional responsibilities.
