From cell inspection to final pack assembly, women play a critical role across maintenance, production and quality. We also speak with Khushbu Patel and Lekshmi Makwana from the battery assembly line to understand how EV battery packs are built, from checking individual cells to assembling cells into a single battery pack.
The plant also produces multiple ICE and EV models, including the MG Comet EV and MG Windsor EV, with daily production running into hundreds of units. The video talks about how the company is expanding its EV footprint, with plans to invest ₹3,000–4,000 crore while strengthening its presence in India’s fast-growing EV market.
