Varroc set to acquire Turkish lighting equipment supplier, also partner Italian co for EFI

While the 40-year-old Turkish company specialises in rear lamps and interior lighting products for cars and CVs, Varroc will foray into the electronic fuel injection business in a joint venture with Dellorto of Italy.
