Zypp Electric launches ZyppDash fleet management dashboard
The company plans to roll over 2 lakh electric scooters and. expand its services to 20 Indian cities
With a fleet of 8000 vehicles EV as a service provider, Zypp Electric has launched ZyppDash - EV Fleet Management Dashboard to track the real-time location of their fleet operators' vehicle and rider info which delivery partners can manage on duty riders and allot orders through the application.
Zypp which has the backing of India's largest E-commerce players plans to roll over 2 lakh electric scooters and expand its services to 20 Indian cities. The firm has the backing of marquee e-commerce players like Zomato, Swiggy, Zepto, BlinkIt, BigBasket, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, PharmEasy, JioMart, Delhivery, and Spencers.
Akash Gupta, Co-Founder and CEO at Zypp Electric sharing his insights on the dashboard launch said "ZyppDash - EV Fleet management Dashboard will set us apart in the EV as a Service enabling our partners to track various metrics real-time and make them informed about their fleet and business operation for optimum utilization of resources.”
Zypp which is adding 1000-1500 electric scooters and 1000+ riders every month will as part of its client Dashboard introduce a rider efficiency tracking system that will measure the time taken to complete orders. Also, the dashboard will track the number of orders completed by each rider over a given period of time and any other relevant metrics.
This information can be useful for identifying trends, analyzing performance, and making data-driven decisions about how to optimize operations and improve efficiency.
Through the dashboard, e-comm players will be able to raise tickets for grievances which will be routed to the appropriate team or individual for resolution. Furthermore, the Zypp Matrix will add features to track the updated hierarchy of Zypp executives and SPOCs for problem resolution.
