Volkswagen expands aftersales network in Karnataka with two new service outlets

Volkswagen India has announced the inauguration of two new service outlets in Bengaluru, located at Sarjapur Road and Banaswadi. This expansion brings the brand’s total network strength in Karnataka to 18 service and 22 sales outlets, enhancing accessibility for customers.

The new service outlets aim to provide a seamless ownership experience. Volkswagen Sarjapur Road features 19 service bays, while Volkswagen Banaswadi offers 15 service bays, both equipped to handle repair, maintenance, and paint shop requirements.

Ashish Gupta, Brand Director of Volkswagen Passenger Cars India, stated, “At Volkswagen, it is our constant endeavour to provide accessible world-class services and products to our customers. Staying true to the commitment, we have introduced two new service outlets in Bengaluru at Sarjapur Road and Banaswadi respectively. The two outlets will provide a peace of mind ownership experience as customers can avail their swift aftersales support in the region.“

Volkswagen India offers several aftersales service initiatives, including online service appointment booking, service value packages, and extended warranty options. To ensure transparent interactions with service outlets, customers can utilize the Service Cam and Service Cost Calculator facilities. With this expansion, Volkswagen’s service network now spans 158 cities, with 145 service and 213 sales and pre-owned car touchpoints.

By expanding its aftersales network, Volkswagen aims to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a superior ownership experience for its customers across Karnataka and India.
