Uno Minda Limited has officially completed the acquisition of e-Drives business assets in Vietnam from Friwo Vietnam Company Limited. The transaction, carried out through its wholly owned step-down subsidiary, Minda Industries Vietnam Company Limited, marks a key strategic milestone for the company.
