TVS SCS hits 500,000 delivery milestone of 2W CKD kits for TVS Motor Company
The CKD kits manufactured at the company's Hosur facility cater to TVS Motor's export markets across Asia and Africa.
TVS Supply Chain Solutions (TVS SCS), a leading global supply chain solutions provider, has announced the achievement of a significant milestone – the delivery of 500,000 CKD (Complete Knock-Down) kits for TVS Motor Company.
TVS SCS' dedicated warehouse facility in Hosur, spanning 1,50,000 sq. ft., is equipped to ensure defect-free dispatches and prevent parts mismatch. Leveraging advanced technology and automation, the facility provides end-to-end value-added services including production planning, quality management, inbound material activities, kitting, reverse logistics, and export management.

The CKD kits manufactured at the Hosur facility cater to TVS Motor's export markets across Asia and Africa. With a focus on achieving zero defects, TVS SCS's ultra-modern, tech-driven facility significantly enhances global export capabilities through CKD assembly.
Currently, the Hosur facility employs approximately 220 personnel across various production departments, including 30 women employees engaged in primary packing, secondary packing, quality control, and binning processes of the CKD kits.
