Triumph extends first anniversary offer of Rs10,000 off till month end

The offer on the Triumph Speed 400 and Scrambler 400 X, initially set to expire on July 31, has been extended to August 31. This discount reduces their prices to Rs 2.24 lakh and Rs 2.54 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi), respectively.

Triumph has extended a promotional discount of Rs 10,000 on its 400cc models to celebrate reaching 50,000 units sold, including exports to over 50 countries. The premium motorcycle market in India has seen substantial growth, with Triumph and Harley-Davidson taking advantage of this trend by introducing more reasonably priced motorcycles. The decision to extend the discount period could be influenced by the recent launch of the Royal Enfield Guerrilla 450, which now poses as a significant competitor for the Triumph Speed 400, being offered at an initial price of Rs 2.39 lakh (ex-showroom, Chennai).

The partnership's success extends beyond sales performance, with Bajaj Auto strategically increasing Triumph's dealer network in India from 15 to 100 dealerships in a year. This boost makes Triumph motorcycles more accessible in over 70 cities. This rapid expansion enhances the brand's visibility and improves after-sales support for customers.
