Company releases integrated annual report while notifying shareholders of upcoming virtual meeting amid regulatory compliance requirements
Tata Motors Limited has announced its 80th Annual General Meeting will be held on June 20, 2025, at 3:00 p.m. IST through video conference and other audio-visual means, according to a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The Mumbai-based automotive manufacturer informed the exchange that the meeting follows previous communications dated May 13 and May 21, 2025, regarding the virtual format adoption in compliance with relevant circulars from the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.
The company has released its Integrated Annual Report for Financial Year 2024-25, which includes the AGM notice and statutory reports. Under SEBI regulations, the report is being distributed electronically to registered members whose email addresses are available with the company, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
Tata Motors operates as one of India's automotive sector companies, manufacturing passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, and electric vehicles. The company has been conducting virtual shareholder meetings since the pandemic, following regulatory guidelines that permit electronic participation.
The Integrated Annual Report represents the company's financial performance and strategic initiatives for the fiscal year ending March 2025. SEBI's Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements mandate public companies to distribute annual reports to shareholders before their AGMs.
Company Secretary Maloy Kumar Gupta signed the exchange filing, confirming compliance with regulatory notification requirements for the upcoming shareholder meeting.
