Tata Curvv gets lighter interior theme, subtle updates
New interior theme on the Tata Curvv replaces the black and maroon palette; some variants get more features.
The stylish Tata Curvv SUV coupe has been Tata Motors’ contender in the hotly contested midsize SUV segment, at least until the more practically styled Sierra SUV arrives later this month. Averaging around 4,000 units in monthly sales since launch, the Curvv has found a steady audience, though Tata Motors is now looking to widen its appeal. To that end, the brand has quietly introduced a new interior colour theme along with a few feature updates across select variants.
Dealer sources tell us that there are updates incoming on the Curvv Pure Plus S variant, which sits just above the base Smart trim. This variant gets rear window sunshades — a feature previously exclusive to the Curvv Dark Edition that debuted in April 2025. Even the top-spec Accomplished Plus A trim missed out on it earlier, making this a noteworthy addition to lower variants.
On the outside, a subtle change has been introduced in the form of a glossy black finished front grille which used to get silver inserts earlier.
Additionally, the higher variants of the Curvv now feature a lighter, dual-tone interior theme. The cabin adopts a beige-and-black combination, replacing the earlier maroon highlights on the dashboard, steering wheel and seats.
This lighter colour palette enhances the sense of space and lends the Curvv a more mainstream appeal which is also seen on the Creta which has been a segment leader.

As far as mechanical updates go, there are none. The Curvv continues with its familiar 1.2-litre turbo-petrol and 1.5-litre turbo-diesel engines, paired with either a 6-speed manual or 6-speed DCT gearbox. The Curvv EV also continues to be sold alongside the ICE models.
Expect more details to be revealed officially on the updated Curvv in the coming days.
