Sonalika Records 1.21 Lakh Tractor Sales In Apr-Oct 2026

Sonalika Tractors reported overall sales of 1,21,148 tractors during April-October 2026, marking its highest-ever year-to-date (YTD) sales for the period. The company also crossed 1 lakh domestic tractor sales in the shortest timeframe it has recorded, according to International Tractors Limited (ITL), its parent company.

The sales milestone comes in the company's 30th anniversary year. Founded in 1996, Sonalika operates an integrated tractor manufacturing facility in Hoshiarpur, Punjab, and sells its products across domestic and international markets.

The company attributed its sales performance to its manufacturing operations, product engineering and market presence. Its tractor portfolio includes application-specific models, with the Gold series among its recent product offerings.

Commenting on the sales performance, Raman Mittal, Joint Managing Director, International Tractors Limited, said the company recorded its highest-ever overall year-to-date sales of 1,21,148 tractors during April-October 2026. He attributed the milestone partly to the company crossing 1 lakh domestic tractor sales in the shortest period in its history.

Mittal also pointed to changing investment priorities among farmers and demand for tractors suited to different agricultural applications. He said the company would continue to focus on product development and meeting evolving requirements in the agricultural market.
