Skoda launches Slavia Style Edition at Rs 19.13 lakh
The Slavia Style Edition will be limited to 500 units and will only offer the 1.5-litre engine with a DSG gearbox.
Skoda has launched the Style Edition of the Slavia sedan at Rs 19.13 lakh (ex-showroom), which is Rs 30,000 more than the top-spec Style trim it is based on. This edition is limited to just 500 units and is available exclusively in 3 paint shades – Candy White, Brilliant Silver and Tornado Red. Previously, the Slavia has got special editions like the Matte edition, Elegance edition and Lava Blue edition.
Skoda Slavia Style Edition what’s new?
The Skoda Slavia is already a generously equipped car, and the carmaker has given this edition a dual dashboard camera, a feature that was introduced in the Volkswagen Taigun Trail Edition. Apart from this, the Slavia Style Edition also gets puddle lamps.
Cosmetically, the Style Edition's wing mirrors, B-pillars and roof are blacked-out, and there's ‘Edition’ badging on the B-pillar and steering wheel and ‘Style’ branding on the scuff plates.
The Slavia Style Edition carries forward other features from the Style trim such as a sunroof, powered and ventilated front seats and a 10-inch infotainment unit.
Skoda Slavia Style Edition powertrain
The Skoda Slavia Style Edition is available with a single powertrain option – the 150hp, 250Nm, 1.5-litre TSI mated to the 7-speed DSG automatic – that takes it from 0-100kph in 8.96 seconds.
Skoda Slavia Style Edition rivals
The Skoda Slavia Style Edition rivals the Hyundai Verna, Volkswagen Virtus, Honda City and Maruti Ciaz midsize sedans.
