Skoda Enhances India Lineup with New Features

Skoda Auto India has unveiled a comprehensive set of value enhancements across its Kushaq, Slavia, and Kylaq model lineup, according to a press release issued on March 1, 2025. The company is offering a free one-year Supercare maintenance package for all three models, alongside updated warranty structures.

The Kushaq SUV now comes with a 5-year/125,000 km standard warranty and starts at ₹10,99,000 for the base variant. Skoda has improved the value proposition by integrating previously premium-exclusive features into mid-level trims, including electric sunroof, alloy wheels, auto-dimming rearview mirror, and rain-sensing wipers.

The Slavia sedan has also received value enhancements with prices beginning at ₹10,34,000. All Slavia trims now include connectivity features as standard and offer a 3-year/100,000 km warranty.

Both models maintain Skoda's safety standards with six airbags standard across all variants and 5-star safety ratings in NCAP tests. The Kylaq, positioned in the sub-4m SUV segment, has achieved the highest safety score in its category according to the latest Bharat NCAP tests.

Petr Janeba, Brand Director at Skoda Auto India, emphasized that these updates align with the company's milestone of celebrating 25 years in India and 130 years globally. The announcement follows Skoda's recent partnership with actor Ranveer Singh as its first brand ambassador in India.

Skoda Auto India currently offers five models across the country, with presence in over 150 cities and more than 270 customer touchpoints. The company is part of the Volkswagen Group and has been operating in India since 2001.
