SKF India Limited has announced a final dividend of Rs. 14.5 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, following approval by its Board of Directors. The Board meeting, held on May 15, 2025, approved the unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and the audited financial results for the fiscal year 2024-25. According to the financial statements, the company reported a consolidated profit of Rs. 5,659.1 million for the year ended March 31, 2025, compared to Rs. 5,518.0 million in the previous fiscal year.
