SKF India Reports Annual Results, Declares Rs. 14.5 Per Share Dividend

The bearings manufacturer has approved financial statements for fiscal year 2024-25 and appointed multiple auditors during its May 15 board meeting

SKF India Limited has announced a final dividend of Rs. 14.5 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, following approval by its Board of Directors. The dividend payout, totaling approximately Rs. 716.9 million, will be distributed within 30 days of approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.

The Board meeting, held on May 15, 2025, approved the unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter and the audited financial results for the fiscal year 2024-25. According to the financial statements, the company reported a consolidated profit of Rs. 5,659.1 million for the year ended March 31, 2025, compared to Rs. 5,518.0 million in the previous fiscal year.

The company's 64th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for August 6, 2025, and will be conducted through video conferencing in compliance with applicable provisions of the Companies Act and SEBI regulations. The record date for dividend eligibility has been fixed as July 4, 2025.

SKF India also announced multiple auditor appointments during the board meeting. The company appointed M/s Joshi Apte and Associates as Cost Auditors for FY 2025-26, M/s J B Bhave & Co as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term from FY 2025-26 to 2029-30, and M/s Samdani & Co as Tax and GST Auditors for FY 2024-25.

The statutory auditors, M/s Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, issued unmodified opinions on both the standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2025.

SKF India Limited, a subsidiary of the global SKF Group, manufactures bearings and related components at its facility in Pune, Maharashtra. The company is listed on both the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) with scrip codes SKFINDIA and 500472 respectively.
