SKF India Limited reported a 20.7% year-on-year increase in standalone revenue from operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, at Rs 594.54 crore, driven by demand across automotive segments including two-wheelers, three-wheelers, passenger vehicles and commercial vehicles.

The company’s profit before tax (PBT) for the quarter declined 58.4% to Rs 46.1 crore from Rs 110.74 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Profit before exceptional items and tax stood at Rs 53.38 crore during the quarter. The company said exceptional items included non-recurring expenses related to demerger and new regulations.

For FY26, SKF India reported standalone revenue of Rs 2,129.59 crore, up 15.4% year-on-year. Full-year PBT declined 33.8% to Rs 235 crore from Rs 355.15 crore in FY25.

Managing Director Shailesh Kumar Sharma said the company’s growth was supported by sustained demand across automotive segments and execution across manufacturing, supply chain and digital operations.

He added that SKF India continued to invest in localisation, technology-led innovation and capacity expansion while strengthening partnerships with customers through application engineering and sales teams. The company is also focusing on energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives aligned with its long-term net-zero goals.

SKF India said it is strengthening its position as a technology and engineering partner to the automotive industry through precision manufacturing and application-driven solutions across its manufacturing facilities in Haridwar, Pune and Bengaluru.

The company added that the financial results follow its recent corporate restructuring, which created two independently focused entities aimed at improving strategic focus and alignment with customer and market requirements.
