SANY India Launches SSR110C-10 PRO Soil Compactor
Equipment manufacturer introduces 11-ton vibratory soil compactor manufactured at Pune facility.
SANY India launched the SSR110C-10 PRO Vibratory Soil Compactor, an 11-ton road construction machine manufactured at the company's Pune facility. The construction equipment manufacturer introduced the soil compactor to support infrastructure development projects across India.
The SSR110C-10 PRO operates with a weight of 11,200 kg and features a 132 HP fuel-efficient, 4-cylinder water-cooled engine. The machine delivers 295 N/cm static linear load for compaction work and includes dual frequency vibration technology.
Technical specifications include nominal amplitudes of 1.8 mm and 0.9 mm, centrifugal force of 264 kN and 165 kN, and a drum width of 2,134 mm. The compactor reaches a maximum travel speed of 25 km/h with gradeability of 36 percent. It contains a 240-liter fuel tank for extended operation periods.
The machine includes an optional compaction meter for real-time soil density feedback and features the MachineLink+ telematics system. The operator station contains centralized touchscreen controls and ergonomic design elements.
"As we move forward towards 'VIKSIT BHARAT', it is important to carry the same outlook into designing the machines that help in our nation building," said Pradeep Shrivastava, Head - Road Business, Sany India. "At SANY India, we see infrastructure as the backbone of progress. The SSR110C-10 PRO stands as a testament to our engineering expertise, human-centric design approach, customer orientation, and our ongoing pledge to support India's growth story. This machine is designed to empower its owners and operators to deliver projects with greater precision, efficiency, and sustainability."
SANY India operates through 42 dealers and 300+ touch points across India. The company has delivered more than 35,000 machines for infrastructure development projects in India and other South Asian countries.
SANY India established its manufacturing facility in Chakan, Pune in 2012 with an investment of over INR 1,000 crores. The facility produces construction machinery across multiple business segments including earth moving, lifting, foundation, mining, ports, concrete, roads and renewable energy solutions.
